Job summary

Ss&C Technologies Holdings in the UK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead Asset Management change initiatives. You will drive analysis across the project lifecycle, manage discovery and requirements, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to shape delivery.

The role requires strong Asset Management domain knowledge and experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models. You will work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for professional development and client-focused

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation programs.
• Strong Asset Management domain knowledge.
• Experience across Asset Management areas (handling trades, settlements, custody, AML/KYC, etc.).
• Proficiency in BA methodologies across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across business, technical and client-facing teams.
• Confident facilitator and clear communicator for workshops and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all analysis activities for assigned initiatives across the project lifecycle focusing on Asset Management delivery.
• Support discovery and due diligence phases with stakeholders to define scope and outcomes.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements and user stories with traceability to objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to articulate business needs and solutions.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, architects and delivery leads.
• Identify impacts and support readiness activities for smooth implementation.
• Produce high-quality deliverables (process maps, current/future state models, use cases).
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to BA Practice evolution.
