Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are currently moving from pre‑commercial to launch and seek an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this process. The role involves translating our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into creative, performance-driven campaigns and retail‑ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
- Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimisation.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to meet CAC and ROAS targets.
- Coordinate tools for 3PL and customer service for smooth fulfilment.
- Brand & Content Development
- Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Build automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
- Conduct A/B tests to optimise subject lines, offers, and onsite conversions.
- Influencer & Community Engagement
- Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and usage rights.
- Moderate and grow online communities (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
- Identify and execute brand-aligned co-marketing partnerships.
- Insights & Analytics
- Conduct surveys and translate insights into strategies.
- Track marketing performance metrics and report regularly.
- Retail & Compliance Support
- Prepare trade marketing materials for retail buyers.
- Ensure materials comply with UK/EU regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (minimum 2:1).
- 3–5 years in FMCG, wellness, or DTC start-up marketing.
- Experience with physical product launch, event planning, and execution.
- Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Spark partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Proven experience in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools.
