easyJet is reshaping how colleagues interact with digital products. We are hiring a Product Adoption Lead to join the Connected & Optimised Flight Operations mission, shaping adoption from discovery through scaled use across cabin crew and pilots.

You’ll lead end-to-end adoption strategies, run colleague research, and create practical change plans that translate insights into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong change and adoption expertise with experience designing strategies delivering measurable behaviour change and business outcomes in complex environments.
• Understanding of digital product delivery and agile ways of working.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical audiences, facilitate workshops and influence stakeholders with clear evidence-based recommendations.
• Combine empathy and curiosity with storytelling to translate insights into actionable product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end adoption strategies across multiple data and technology products, aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead colleague research using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify needs, behaviours and barriers.
• Create practical change plans, impact assessments, engagement activity and adoption measures, then demonstrate value and continual improvement.
• Equip leaders and managers to lead change locally and coach product teams to embed adoption in planning and delivery.
