Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Product Adoption Lead in Luton, a hybrid, full-time role shaping adoption across cabin crew and pilots. You will lead research, develop change plans and collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Operations to embed lasting adoption of new tools.

You’ll drive measurable outcomes, enable leadership to champion change, and ensure adoption is integrated into planning and delivery at scale.

Qualifications

Strong change and adoption expertise with evidence-based strategies.
Experience designing strategies that deliver measurable behaviour change and business outcomes.
Understanding of digital product delivery and agile ways of working.
Ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical audiences.
Ability to facilitate productive workshops and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver end-to-end adoption strategies across data and technology products.
Lead colleague research using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify needs and barriers.
Create practical change plans, impact assessments and adoption measures.
Equip leaders and managers to lead change locally and coach product teams.
