easyJet Airline Company PLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Safety to lead the digital transformation of our safety-critical software and drive an intelligent, predictive safety platform. You will own the technology, data, and AI roadmap protecting passengers, crew, and fleet, replacing manual tasks with real-time automation and analytics.

You will shape strategy with a focus on safety, engage executives, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Product Manager in safety-critical technology environments.
• Proficient in agile product delivery lifecycles.
• Experience using risk, safety, or compliance analytics to drive roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and EASA/UK CAA is advantageous.
• Excellent communication to engage senior executives.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager for Safety to join our Connected and Optimised Flying Mission. Safety is our absolute, non-negotiable priority. In this high-impact role with executive-level visibility, you will own the technology, data, and AI roadmap that protects our passengers, crew, and fleet.

You will replace manual, paper-heavy tasks with a real-time, automated, predictive safety intelligence platform that sets new standards across the aviation industry.

Core Mission: Lead the digital transformation of easyJet's safety-critical software, moving from legacy reporting to a single, connected, intelligent, predictive data and AI safety platform.

Requirements of the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy: Define the long-term strategic roadmap for our complex safety platforms, balancing innovation with strict budgets.
• Lead Teams: Guide agile, cross-functional squads of tech engineers, analysts, and delivery partners.
• Engage Executives: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior flight safety, ground safety, security, and compliance leaders.
• Deliver Value: Manage product backlogs to directly optimise metrics like safety event response times and risk exposure.
• Ensure Compliance: Protect our operational integrity under the scrutiny of top regulatory bodies (EASA, UK CAA).

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Experience: Track record as a Senior Product Manager in complex, operational, or safety-critical technology ecosystems.
• Agile Expertise: Mastery of agile product delivery lifecycles alongside multidisciplinary tech teams.
• Data Fluency: Deep experience utilizing risk, safety, or compliance analytics to drive roadmap decisions.
• Aviation Knowledge: Direct familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and frameworks like EASA or UK CAA is a distinct advantage.
• Influence: Exceptional communication skills to successfully navigate and unite senior executive stakeholders.
