Job summary

Carr’s Billington Agriculture is seeking a motivated Business Administrator to join the Product team at our Rosehill office in Carlisle. The role focuses on keeping the product file up to date and supporting code creation, price uploads and stock adjustments for stores and the sales team.

You will collaborate with product managers and stores to ensure timely, accurate information for implementation, while adhering to safety, health and environmental policies and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fully IT literate with an understanding of D365 and excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Proven experience of demonstrating attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of prioritising tasks.
• Product knowledge and experience of working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the product file is up to date and maintenance to ensure this is an accurate file for the stores and the sales team to work from.
• To support the product team with key areas of accountability including product code creation, call offs, uploading prices into the system and adjusting stocks.
• To maintain and manage bespoke code reports, this will include making sure the product file is fit for use and will include supporting the business to use this effectively.
• To work in collaboration with the product managers and stores to ensure timely and accurate information is available for implementation.
• To lead on problems with product item codes and dealing with this these in an efficient and timely manner.
• To adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.
