Job summary

Carr's Billington Agriculture seeks an energetic Agricultural & Rural Sales Advisor to join our Penicuik Country Store team. You will support daily store operations, promote products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to rural communities.

The role offers opportunities to develop multi-skilled capabilities, work with an established team, and contribute to sales growth while adhering to safety and quality standards. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations and maintain stock levels with Branch Manager.
• Promote and drive sales of all products through the branch and via telephone to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
• Assist with daily tasks including warehouse or deliveries as required.
• Lead initiatives to increase productivity and achieve margin targets.
• Support the Branch in promoting the company brand and adhering to policies.
• Adhere to safety, health and environmental policies.
