Job summary

Carr's Billington Agriculture is seeking a motivated Business Administrator to join the Product team in our Retail division at the Rosehill office in Carlisle. You will maintain the product file, support code creation, pricing uploads and stock adjustments, and collaborate with stores and product managers to ensure timely information for implementation.

The role requires strong IT skills (D365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), sharp attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Fully IT literate with an understanding of D365 and excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Proven experience of demonstrating attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of prioritising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the product file to ensure it is up to date for stores and the sales team.
• Support the product team with product code creation, call offs, uploading prices and stock adjustments.
• Maintain bespoke code reports and ensure the file is fit for use.
• Collaborate with product managers and stores to provide timely, accurate information for implementation.
• Lead on resolving product item code problems efficiently and promptly.
• Adhere to company policies including Safety, Health and Environmental.
