Job summary

Consult is seeking an experienced Procurement Process Lead to design and implement Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes within a Workday procurement transformation programme in North London. The role focuses on procurement transformation rather than traditional P2P/AP activities, with emphasis on operating model design, process harmonisation and deployment of Workday capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep S2C expertise, strategic process mindset, and experience delivering procurement

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Procurement Transformation Lead or Procurement Process Lead.
• Strong expertise across Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Experience delivering procurement transformation programmes within large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and process-led transformation experience.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced programme environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and optimisation of Source-to-Contract processes within the Workday programme.
• Support the Customer Process Transformation workstream ensuring alignment with future-state operating models.
• Define and implement procurement process standards, governance, controls, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement leadership, technology teams and implementation partners.
• Drive process improvements across sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and governance.
• Support requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Ensure procurement processes are integrated with wider finance, supplier, and operational processes.
