Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a dynamic Procurement Team Leader to lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Procurement, Facilities, Fleet and Operations. The role centers on leadership, problem solving and driving positive change across multiple workstreams while delivering value to stakeholders.

You will champion continuous improvement, manage priorities, and partner with business units to ensure effective solutions, governance and strong internal controls in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations, Procurement, Facilities, Supply chain, Fleet or related fields.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset to drive procurement projects and cost efficiencies.

Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Procurement Team Leader for a permanent role. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and driving positive change. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting procurement operations, facilities management, vehicle fleet activities, and business support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in Operations, Procurement, Facilities, Supply chain, Fleet, Customer Service or other transferable business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset to drive procurement project delivering spend efficiencies.
  • Interest or exposure to Procurement and/or Facilities Management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience leading or coordinating people, projects, or processes is preferred but not mandatory.
