Hilti Great Britain is seeking a Team Lead – Procurement & Operations to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering procurement operations, facilities management, fleet activities and business support services.

You will develop people, drive strategic projects and operational excellence, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver end‑to‑end, user‑focused services. A dynamic leader who thrives on variety, problem-solving and driving positive change will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, procurement, facilities, supply chain or related functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strategic mindset to drive procurement spend efficiencies.
• Exposure to procurement or facilities management preferred but not required.

As Team Lead – Procurement & Operations, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting procurement operations, facilities management, vehicle fleet activities, and business support services. You will develop people, drive strategic project and operational excellence, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver efficient, end-user focused services. What You’ll Bring

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strategic mindset to drive procurement project delivering spend efficiencies
• Interest or exposure to Procurement and/or Facilities Management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience leading or coordinating people, projects, or processes is preferred but not mandatory.
