Farnell, an Avnet company, is seeking a Procurement Systems Support Specialist in Leeds. This hybrid role combines day-to-day procurement systems support with involvement in automation and AI-driven initiatives across Procurement, Finance and IT teams.

You’ll gain exposure to Esker, DocuSign CLM and other procurement technologies, building expertise in systems, data and process improvement while supporting system implementations and governance.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for Procurement systems and applications.
• Support users with system queries, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Procurement technologies, including Esker and DocuSign CLM.
• Produce reports and management information to support Procurement activities and decision-making.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
• Support testing, implementation and rollout of new systems and enhancements.
• Create and maintain training materials, process guides and user documentation.
• Deliver user support and training to help teams get the most from Procurement systems.
• Work with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable and IT teams to improve processes and user experience.
• Support compliance, governance and audit requirements relating to Procurement systems.
