Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants are recruiting a Purchasing Admin to join the Procurement Team based at our Support Office in London. The role manages Procure Wizard and FnB systems, maintains supplier data, updates recipes and prices, and supports KPIs.

You will report to the Purchasing Director and work with a multi-site team to ensure data accuracy and effective system use. This is a key operational role with strong emphasis on administration, reporting and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Experience administering Procurement & EPOS systems and keeping data accurate.
• Strong admin and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with culinary and managerial teams to support procurement goals.

Responsibilities

• Full administration of Procurement & EPOS systems and data entries.
• Collaborate with Procurement Systems Manager to optimise system usage.
• Update supplier data, products and prices in the systems.
• Produce recipe management and procurement reports.
• Provide ongoing system support to restaurant teams to ensure data accuracy.
