Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join the People function. Based in our Support Office with regular travel to Central London restaurants, the role requires hands-on generalist HR experience including employee relations, end-to-end case management, and advising restaurant management to drive performance.

You will support day-to-day People Operations and partner with Senior People Partners to embed compliant, professional HR practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced People Team within a multi-site business.
• Ability to make data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
• Expertise in employee relations, case management and issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Conduct investigations into Employee Relations issues and resolve cases.
• Deliver engaging HR process training to management teams.
• Promote HR best practices and streamline HR processes with stakeholders.
• Provide People Analytics to inform business decisions and create leadership reports.
• Manage HR reporting, case logs, trackers and trend reports for leadership.
• Maintain accurate data in People Systems (Fourth) at local level.
