• Maintain inventory storage areas and conduct regular stock counts.
• Record deliveries and stock levels with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process delivery notes, invoices and documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding schedules, discrepancies, or issues.
• Follow Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Standards for health and safety in handling goods.
