EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Procurement Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring team performance and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include providing support to the team by addressing the needs of internal customers, completing administrative tasks, and collaborating with the wider commercial team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring inboxes and responding to requests.
  • Supporting annual CIPs membership renewals for the Procurement and Contract Management teams.
  • Managing off-site document storage processes.
  • Building expertise in procurement SAP systems.
  • Maintaining supplier records.
  • Supporting self-bill process administration and monitoring compliance.
  • Assisting with framework agreement administration.
  • Liaising effectively with various business areas.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

To be successful, you should have experience with IT, Procurement Systems/SAP or similar, process management, general administration, and query resolution. Strong stakeholder management skills are advantageous. We value innovative thinking and a commitment to delivering faster, better services.
