Business Support Administrator (Panel Administrator)

An opportunity has arisen within the Adoption East Midlands agency for a Business Support Administrator. The post primarily supports the panels processes that approve prospective adopters and seek to match children in need of a permanent home with their prospective parents.

This is a part-time role, 22 hours per week, with working days preferably on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The team operates in a busy, fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. Candidates should be highly motivated, enthusiastic about outcomes for children and families, with excellent note-taking, listening, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), attention to detail, and resilience to handle confidential and distressing information are essential.

The base location is West Bridgford, Nottingham, but hybrid working is promoted, allowing work from home with office requirements mainly for team meetings and training. Equipment and full training will be provided.
