Severn Trent is seeking a Procurement Support Administrator to join their Finance team in Coventry. This role involves supporting internal customers, managing administrative tasks, and enhancing service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement systems and customer service, contributing to a collaborative work environment focused on excellence.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a procurement Support Administrator, you will be a key member of the team to ensure that we are performing at our very best and our customers are receiving a great service!
You will be providing support to the team by initially serving the needs of internal customers, completing administrative tasks and working with the wider commercial team to ensure administrative tasks are completed.
Are you someone with a strong, proven experience of dealing with customers and providing exceptional customer experience, while having an eye for details and the ability to prioritise your daily workload?

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To be considered for this role, you’ll have experience of IT, Procurement Systems/SAP or equivalent, process management, general administration activity & query resolution . Having strong Stakeholder management skills would be beneficial. We would like the successful candidate to think outside the box and deliver a faster and better service.
