Job summary

Bestway Group, via Adams Foodservice Trading Ltd, seeks a proactive Procurement and Supply Chain Officer to support purchasing and stock management across head office, depots and hybrid sites. You will raise purchase orders, monitor stock, coordinate with suppliers, and align purchasing with operational needs to ensure continuous supply.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, demand planning or stock control.
• Understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes including PO generation and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret sales, stock and purchasing data.
• Excellent organisational skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Raise, manage and monitor purchase orders across all Adams Foodservice locations.
• Support demand planning and stock replenishment using sales and usage data.
• Monitor stock availability and identify shortages, overstock or supply risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, arrange delivery and resolve issues.
