Job summary

Gov Facility Services Limited is seeking a Purchase to Pay Administrator to ensure the right goods and services reach sites at the right price. You will raise POs on Oracle, issue Task Orders on CEMAR, and act as a procurement gatekeeper for accuracy and compliance.

The role requires familiarity with accounts payable systems, purchasing processes, and CIS/CEMAR. The position is hybrid with a FTC until August 2027, 39 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable systems (minimum 6 months).
• Solid understanding of purchasing processes and supplier coding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge non-compliance.
• Experience using Oracle or Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
• Knowledge of CEMAR.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle work queue and raise accurate Purchase Orders on time.
• Review requisition coding and convert to PO with accuracy.
• Review quotes to ensure value for money and detail.
• Raise Task Orders on CEMAR for client-funded work when needed.
• Ensure POs are issued only to approved, compliant suppliers and flag breaches.
• Assist with processing site orders for stationery, IT, PPE with proper approvals.
• Monitor team mailboxes and resolve requisition/approval queries.
• Advise colleagues on compliant procurement and coding practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and client representatives.
