Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Purchase to Pay Officer to join our Finance team. You will manage end-to-end P2P processes, processing supplier invoices, PO matching and payments with accuracy and adherence to policy.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Site Managers and suppliers to maintain controls, resolve queries promptly and support month-end activities while driving process improvements. Experience with Continia OCR and ERP systems is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase to Pay, Accounts Payable or finance administration.
• High-volume supplier invoice processing experience.
• Understanding of PO processing and three-way invoice matching.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices using Continia OCR.
• Match invoices to POs and GRNs for accurate processing.
• Review invoices for VAT compliance and policy adherence.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and pricing issues.
• Support weekly supplier payment runs and query resolution.
• Maintain supplier master data and reconcile statements.
• Assist month-end activities for purchase ledger.
