EQ Care Group in London is seeking a Procurement Officer to source goods and services across the organisation, ensuring quality, value, continuity of supply and contract management. You will oversee procurement for existing homes and offices and lead procurement for new care home openings, working with Project Managers, Interior Designers, suppliers and the Senior Leadership Team.

Role Overview

As the Procurement Officer, you will have responsibility for sourcing goods and services across the organisation, ensuring quality, value, continuity of supply and contract management activities.

You will oversee procurement for our existing homes and offices, whilst also leading procurement activity for new care home openings, working closely with Project Managers, Interior Designers, suppliers and the Senior Leadership Team.

You will identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure procurement processes are simple, effective and aligned with our values and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

framework.
