The role covers existing homes and offices as well as procurement for new care home openings, collaborating with Project Managers, Interior Designers, suppliers and senior leadership.

You will identify cost-saving opportunities, manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, while keeping procurement processes simple, ESG-aligned

• A relevant qualification in Procurement, Business or Finance within a similar environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and supplier performance.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking; ability to analyze data and produce reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Role Overview

As the Procurement Officer, you will have responsibility for sourcing goods and services across the organisation, ensuring quality, value, continuity of supply and contract management activities.

You will oversee procurement for our existing homes and offices, whilst also leading procurement activity for new care home openings, working closely with Project Managers, Interior Designers, suppliers and the Senior Leadership Team.

You will identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure procurement processes are simple, effective and aligned with our values and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

framework.
