EQ Care Group is seeking a Procurement Lead (Purchase Ledger) to source goods and services, ensure quality and continuity of supply, and manage procurement for existing homes, offices and new openings in London. The role requires strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities and a focus on ESG alignment.

The position offers a hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home, with a £40,000 per annum salary and 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Procurement, Business, Finance within similar environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and supplier performance.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Procurement Lead (Purchase Ledger)

£40,000 per annum

40 hours per week – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Role Overview

As the Procurement Officer, you will have responsibility for sourcing goods and services across the organisation, ensuring quality, value, continuity of supply and contract management activities.

You will oversee procurement for our existing homes and offices, whilst also leading procurement activity for new care home openings, working closely with Project Managers, Interior Designers, suppliers and the Senior Leadership Team.

You will identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure procurement processes are simple, effective and aligned with our values and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework.
