Job summary

A Surrey-based luxury interior design studio is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager to support the procurement process across multiple high-end projects.

You will source luxury FF&E, obtain supplier quotations, process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and installation. A minimum of 3 years in procurement for luxury interiors is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in procurement, ideally within luxury interiors or FF&E.
• Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisation and order/logistics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Source luxury furniture, lighting, FF&E and accessories.
• Obtain supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and track orders through delivery and installation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and resolve supplier or delivery issues.
