Job summary

The Crowd is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in West London to manage FF&E procurement packages from tender to delivery and installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. The role requires an analytical problem-solver with experience in FF&E within luxury hospitality or luxury residential projects, and the ability to work autonomously.

The Crowd are partnered with a mid-sized, established international interior design practice that are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their friendly collaborative and friendly team in West London.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement packages from tender to delivery and installation, ensuring all components of the package are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and analytical problem-solver, have previous procurement and FF&E experience within luxury hospitality or luxury residential and is confident working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with technical drawings and FF&E specifications
