Job summary

Clear. is recruiting a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across FM and healthcare projects from Midlands operations. You will negotiate with suppliers, place orders for materials and services, and guide a small team of procurement professionals to deliver value and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in tendering, and a track record of cost savings within FM/Healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional and tactical procurement.
• MEP procurement experience.
• Experience in FM/Healthcare environments.
• Strong supplier negotiation and tendering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across projects and bids.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage tender processes.
• Produce tender recommendation reports for approval.
• Drive cost savings and procurement efficiencies.
• Manage and develop Buyers and Procurement Administrators.
• Support use and development of framework agreements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Progress and expedite materials and services against deadlines.
• Support supply chain performance reviews.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
• Support pre-construction and work-winning activities.
• Visit suppliers and manufacturers to develop relationships.
