Clear. is recruiting a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across FM and healthcare projects from Midlands operations. You will negotiate with suppliers, place orders for materials and services, and guide a small team of procurement professionals to deliver value and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in tendering, and a track record of cost savings within FM/Healthcare settings.

• Support pre-construction and work-winning activities.

Procurement Manager – FM / Healthcare

Location: Midlands

Salary: Up too £80k + package

A leading UK organisation operating across FM, Healthcare and Capital Works, with a strong focus on delivering complex projects and lifecycle services. The business is continuing to strengthen its procurement function and is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join the team.

The Role

As Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement activities across projects, negotiating and placing material, plant and service orders while supporting both operational delivery and work-winning activities. You will also manage and develop a small team of procurement professionals, working closely with commercial, operational and supply chain stakeholders.
