Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead group-wide procurement strategy, supplier relationships and contract management across all care homes in the UK. You will drive cost savings, ensure quality, and support regulatory compliance while aligning with business growth and new openings.

The role requires experience in multi-site procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering value for money and sustainability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years procurement experience.
• CIPS Level 4 or above and degree in relevant field.
• Experience managing supplier contracts and achieving cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop group-wide procurement strategies and processes.
• Lead supplier negotiations, renewals, and SLAs.
• Oversee category management across key spend areas.
• Track budget and procurement compliance, reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
