Job summary

STRABAG SE UK is seeking a Procurement Manager to join the HARP Project, based in Manchester or Bolton. You will support the Head of Procurement, manage staff, oversee supplier relationships, and ensure QA and contractual compliance across projects.

The role requires CSCS, a business/procurement degree, and CIPS qualification, with experience in tendering and supply chain event management. Pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, procurement or related discipline is required.
• CIPS qualification is preferred.
• Experience running supply chain events and tendering processes.

Responsibilities

• Aiding Head of Procurement and advising on purchasing policy, strategy and planning.
• Managing staff and supervising their work and training.
• Managing suppliers and monitoring trade agreements.
• Monitoring QA systems and ensuring contractual adherence.
• Forecasting demand and liaising with departments to meet supply needs.
• Negotiating and administering purchasing contracts and terms.
