G’s Group is seeking a commercially minded Procurement Executive to join our procurement team in the UK. You will manage indirect categories, drive cost savings, and build strong supplier relationships while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

You will analyse spend data to identify opportunities, progress projects from analysis to implementation, and help shape procurement strategies across multiple categories.

Formación

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or supplier management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across business areas.
• Experience turning spend data into actionable cost-saving opportunities.
• Comfort with cost/quality/service trade-offs and supplier negotiations.
• Experience supporting or leading sourcing exercises and tender processes.
• Proficient with Excel and procurement systems for reporting and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Develop supplier relationships to drive performance and value.
• Analyze spends to identify cost reduction and supplier consolidation opportunities.
• Support development and delivery of procurement/category strategies.
• Lead or participate in sourcing events, tenders and commercial evaluations.
• Conduct supplier market research to identify alternative suppliers and innovations.
• Ensure procurement solutions remain fit-for-purpose and compliant.
• Maintain procurement records, savings data and reporting.
• Visit sites and suppliers to understand business needs and build relationships.
