Job summary

Tes is seeking a Procurement Co-ordinator to support contract renewals and supplier management for Technology and Marketing teams across Tes Global and Tes Institute. You will manage renewals, supplier activity and contribute to the governance framework, while owning the CLM system and ensuring data accuracy.

Working in a hybrid role with 3 days in the office, you will interact with Finance, Technology and Executive stakeholders and support larger tender processes as required, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in procurement, commercial or contract management, owning renewals
• Experience supporting/running tender processes (RFI/RFP)
• Experience administering a contract management system and maintaining records
• Comfortable managing multiple renewals and stakeholder relationships, incl. SaaS/Marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract renewals up to delegated spend/risk
• Handle day-to-day renewals and supplier queries autonomously
• Support tenders and onboarding, including market research and scoring
• Administer the CLM system and keep contracts repository up to date
• Maintain procurement structure, policies, controls and governance
• Report renewal and savings pipeline to Group Procurement Manager
• Build relationships with Finance, Technology and Marketing stakeholders
• Perform basic supplier due diligence and risk flagging
• Keep audit-ready procurement records
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and term improvements
