Job summary

Profectus Recruitment is seeking a Buyer to join their Theale-based Procurement team on a hybrid working pattern. You will focus on procurement, purchasing, supplier management and contract procurement across a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring value and service levels.

• Experience in a Buyer/Procurement or Purchasing role.
• CIPS Level 3 or Level 4 qualified or working towards.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing across suppliers and service contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance.
• Handle contract renewals and procurement documentation.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Support procurement strategy and cost-saving initiatives.
• Produce spend, supplier and contract reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Support supplier relationship management and procurement improvements.
