Job summary

Teign Homes in Devon is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our growing procurement team. You will plan and lead tenders, manage supplier data, and ensure contracts are accurate and up to date, delivering value and compliance.

You should have a degree or CIPS Level 4, knowledge of public sector procurement, and experience with SharePoint and purchase-to-pay processes. We support MCIPS progression and offer flexible working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or CIPS Level 4 qualification.
• I)mportant knowledge of public sector procurement requirements.
• Familiar with contracts registers, supplier data or purchase-to-pay processes.
• Proficient with information management systems such as SharePoint.
• Keen to attain MCIPS status with support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tenders to meet evolving needs and value requirements.
• Engage new and existing suppliers and manage supplier data.
• Ensure contracts register is accurate and up-to-date; assist with contractual management.
• Maintain meticulous records and provide detailed management information and performance data.
• Adhere to the Procurement Act 2003 and public sector procurement requirements.
