Job summary

Babcock International Group, based near Telford in Shropshire, is seeking a Procurement Contracts Coordinator to support the Through Life Equipment Support (TLES) procurement function. You will manage live supplier contracts, ensure compliance, and help maintain uninterrupted operational support.

The role is full-time (37 hours), based at Donnington, with hybrid working patterns. You will collaborate with procurement, sourcing, commercial, supply chain and external suppliers to keep essential

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, contract management, supply chain or commercial support.
• Ability to maintain data within SAP, ERP or similar systems.
• Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract and pricing data within SAP and other business systems.
• Process contract amendments, renewals and extensions.
• Support supplier performance reviews and contract governance activities.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, commercial, supply chain and operational teams, as well as external suppliers.
