Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. is seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager for a UK-based life sciences project in Oxford.

The role covers lead procurement and contract management for a major laboratory and office fit-out, from tender through award and PO issuance. You will oversee existing consultancy, supplier, and construction contracts, coordinate NDAs, and ensure all contract documentation is accurately maintained and controlled.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement and contract management experience in construction, fit-out, or capital projects.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers and consultants.
• Excellent organisation, record keeping and document control abilities.
• Life sciences or R&D facility experience beneficial; knowledge of JCT contracts an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract management for the lab and office fit-out project.
• Manage procurement from tender to contract award and PO issuance.
