The role involves coordinating MEP delivery across design development, installation, commissioning and handover, working with consultants, specialist subcontractors and the construction team.

This position suits someone with laboratory or life-sciences project experience, or strong transferable experience in healthcare or advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical, electrical or building services qualification.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services delivery.
• Review consultant and subcontractor designs, resolve interfaces with architectural and structural packages.
• Ensure technical information and approvals support procurement and site delivery.
• Coordinate plant, power supplies, ventilation and specialist services per project requirements.
• Integrate MEP installation and commissioning activities into the construction programme.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, resources and quality, addressing issues impacting delivery.
• Chair technical, progress and commissioning meetings.
• Work with commercial teams to assess variations and their cost and programme implications.
• Manage testing and commissioning to achieve required performance.
• Coordinate handover documentation, demonstrations and training for building users.
