Job summary

National Grid is seeking an experienced Change Manager in Warwick on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive procurement transformation. You will lead change activities across multiple workstreams, develop adoption plans, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure new processes are effectively adopted.

You will develop change strategies, engage teams, and monitor outcomes to sustain business impact while collaborating with communications and training leads.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Change Management within a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and frameworks.
• Proven delivery of large-scale change and adoption initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
