Job summary

We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in delivering our Procurement Excellence 2030 ambition. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how procurement operates, helping our people embrace new ways of working, embed process improvements and support the successful adoption of transformational initiatives.

The role will be 12 month Fixed Term contract.

As a Change Manager, you'll lead and support change activity across multiple workstreams, ensuring that people are at the heart of every transformation initiative. Working closely with senior stakeholders, programme teams and procurement colleagues, you'll assess change impacts, drive engagement and ensure that new processes, ways of working and future system implementations are successfully adopted.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption activities that enable sustainable business change and long-term success.

The role is hybrid with our base office in Warwick.

What you'll do

What you'll need
  • Significant experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or a similar change delivery role within a large and complex organisation.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practice frameworks.
Demonstrable professional experience delivering and managing change initiatives.
  • Experience delivering large-scale business change and driving adoption of new ways of working.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication and engagement capabilities, with the confidence to challenge and inspire.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong planning, organisation and project management experience.
  • Change Management certification (such as APMG, CMI or equivalent) is desirable.
What you'll get

A competitive salary between £58,000– £71,000 per annum dependent on capability.


As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of upto 30% based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
