Bromford invites applications for an Administration Assistant in the Commercial & Procurement Team to keep procurement operations running smoothly. You'll manage supplier records, contracts, governance processes and support colleagues across the business.
Working across systems including D365, you will coordinate onboarding, maintain records, manage team inboxes, meetings and action tracking, and produce reports to ensure compliant, value-driven services for customers.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contractual base: Tewkesbury office or your nearest BFL office: Chipping Sodbury, Wolverhampton or Lichfield
Operational requirement: Occasional travel to offices as required

Experience using procurement, finance or business systems such as D365 would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
