PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR - SES

SES Engineering Services is recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our regional team in Leeds, supporting high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role

As a Procurement Administrator, your attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative ability are key to the success of our procurement function. You will support the team in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly to meet operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support, managing supply chain price files, agreements, and overhead orders.
  • Maintaining and updating filing systems, databases, and records.
  • Producing reports, presentations, and documentation to support procurement activities.
  • Facilitating onboarding of new suppliers and managing the procurement inbox.
  • Coordinating travel and meetings for the team.
  • Performing general office duties as required.
