Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing those around you. You create productive, engaged teams that work together efficiently. You inspire your team and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role depends on your customer service skills, ability to motivate others, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is helpful but not essential; a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.

Our flagship branch near Leeds, easily accessible off the A8, has a large, experienced team and a new management team, offering you a chance to bring a fresh approach.
