Job summary

Bigblue UK is seeking a Document Controller with Procore experience to lead the rollout of document management on a live project in London Bridge.

You will manage drawings, technical documentation and project correspondence; set up and maintain Procore procedures; ensure information is accurate, issued correctly and accessible to teams; coordinate across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Excel and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction, fit-out or main contracting.
• Essential experience using Procore.
• Strong understanding of construction document control procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
