Your new job working as a Marine Technician will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd’s Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. Your new Brokers employ over 5000 staff in over 90 offices worldwide and pride themselves on having an entrepreneurial culture that benefits their clients. Due to continued successful growth within the Marine Technical team, they are looking to recruit a Marine Technician to work as part of an established Marine Team.
Your new job working as a Marine Technician within the professions team means you will be responsible for data entry of Open Market Marine risks into Brokasure Enterprise processing system. Handling A&S Submission of premiums to DXC Technologies, as well as managing credit control of premiums to be paid to underwriters. Liaison with IBA Accounting team as well as the production of periodic reports and statistical information, and resolving any market and credit control queries.
Your previous experience working as a Marine Technician or Non-Marine professional looking to transition into Marine, handling Marine business, will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have experience in premium processing and invoicing. A full understanding of MRC slips and submissions to Xchanging via IMR is required.
