Rise Technical Recruitment is supporting a site-based Maintenance Engineer role in Bicester. You will join a market-leading multi-national manufacturer and work Monday to Friday on days, contributing to maintenance activities and process improvements across production lines.

The role offers specialist internal and external training, the chance to become a go-to technical expert, and a clear path for career progression. Salary £35,000-£40,000 plus a company bonus and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in maintenance or related fields.
• Willingness to engage in specialist internal/external training.
• Live within commutable distance to Bicester.

Responsibilities

• Help within the maintenance team.
• Identify and improve production/machinery processes.
• Participate in assigned specialist training.
