Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is supporting a site-based Maintenance Engineer role in Bicester. You will join a market-leading multi-national manufacturer and work Monday to Friday on days, contributing to maintenance activities and process improvements across production lines.

The role offers specialist internal and external training, the chance to become a go-to technical expert, and a clear path for career progression. Salary £35,000-£40,000 plus a company bonus and 33 days holiday.

Process / Maintenance Engineer (Mon-Fri - DAYS)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Specialist Training + Career Progression + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday

Site based in Bicester. Commutable from Oxford, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Banbury, Aylesbury, Chipping Norton and surrounding areas

This company are a market leading multi-national manufacturer of consumer products. The role would be based at one of their production sites. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand the headcount and strengthen the Engineering team.

The duties within this role are twofold, helping within the maintenance team but also looking at how machinery, systems and engineering processes could be improved. There is a great amount of training included so candidates from any strong Engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
