Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Coventry. You will work on planned and reactive maintenance of bespoke machinery, focusing on mechanical fault finding and basic fabrication.

Qualifications

Maintenance Engineer

Coventry (Commutable from: Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull)

£38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus Scheme + Annual Salary Review + Training & Progression + Overtime

39 Hours, Mon-Fri days, 7am-4pm (3pm Fridays) OR 8am-5pm (4pm Friday)

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for long-term technical progression, working on interesting bespoke machinery? Do you have experience with mechanical maintenance, fault finding and basic fabrication. Earnings can be increased through performance bonus, cost of living salary review and some overtime.

You’ll be site-based in Coventry, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery, and supporting continuous improvement with fabrication and practical engineering problem-solving.

This role suits a Maintenance Engineer motivated by technical progression and becoming a specialist, rather than just doing the same routine work every day.

The Role:

The Person:

• Apprenticeship trained / BTEC / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
• Mechanical maintenance experience (hydraulics/pneumatics) with basic electrical fault finding
• Able to read engineering drawings and carry out basic fabrication/welding
