E3recruitment is hiring a Process Improvement Engineer to join a days-based role covering Hinckley/Coalville. You’ll use engineering expertise to identify and improve machinery, equipment and lines across sites, with a clear path for training and development.

The role includes a company car, fuel card, and an 18% bonus on £55,000 base, plus a pension match up to 10%. This is a hands-on opportunity with extensive training and a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Maintenance Engineer from either an electrical or mechanical background.
• A Mechanical / Electrical Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 Engineering or City & Guilds Level 3, BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent Naric / Enic Conversion.
• Ability to trouble shoot & repair manufacturing plant equipment & machinery.
• Previous experience within Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance within industrial manufacturing plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the region to provide support to each of the group’s manufacturing sites.
• Provide hands-on technical support and expertise and drive Plant Operational Improvement as part of the Group Engineering function.
• Support the development of the Reliability Centred Maintenance Strategy by supporting criticality assessments and drive towards condition-based monitoring.
• Enhance plant reliability by applying modern maintenance strategies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Support new and innovative process automation initiatives.

This Process Improvement Engineer position is days-based Monday-Friday, company car, £55,000 plus 18% bonus, and offers training and career development with an international market leader in their field.
