Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist Intern at DBS2 Delivery Station in Avonmouth, Bristol.

This role focuses on creating efficiency at a high-volume logistics site, leveraging AI and data analytics to prototype solutions and drive improvements. You will partner with station leadership to identify issues, run audits, and implement data-driven changes that boost safety, productivity, and quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+)
• Penultimate or final year student
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros)
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Experience with AI or data tools preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen understanding
• Scripting in Python or SQL advantageous
• MS Office tools including Minitab, JMP, Excel, Access

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and improve efficiency
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate tasks, and prototype solutions
• Analyze feedback and use data to own and implement site process improvements
• Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and solve process issues
• Audit processes for compliance and close gaps using analytics
