Essity is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across production lines. You will establish standards, support operational teams, and apply Global Manufacturing Excellence principles to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will analyze production data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions. This role offers development potential for early-career engineers in a dynamic manufacturing

Formación

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience or strong potential in manufacturing or production environments.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

Monitor and optimize production processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Define and maintain process settings and standards (centerlining, CIL).
Lead root cause analysis and standardization initiatives to enhance outcomes.
Act as process and technology expert within the area.
Translate production data into actionable insights and improvement plans.
Train and coach production teams on standards and procedures."
Support product/material development and projects using Design for Six Sigma methodologies.
